A deposit secures every appointment. Please read the policies below before booking.

Good to know
These keep the chair calm, on time and fair for everyone. Thank you for respecting them.
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to book and goes toward your service total.
Late arrivals
There is a 15-minute grace period. After that your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled.
Cancellations
Please give at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit.
Come prepared
Arrive with clean, fully dry hair, free of heavy oils or product, so we can work precisely.
Just you
To keep the space peaceful, please no additional guests or children unless arranged in advance.

Yes, always. Transfer clients start with a consultation so I can learn your locking method, tool size and grid pattern before your first maintenance session.
Your grid is the parting pattern your microlocks grow from. Over time locs can merge or parts can drift. Grid repair separates and re-sections them so your pattern is clean and even again.
It depends on your number of locs, density and how much new growth you have. You'll get a time estimate at your consultation and every booking leaves room so nothing is rushed.
Please arrive with clean, completely dry hair and no heavy oils or product. That keeps your locs crisp and lets me work precisely.
